  Dean Fletcher is the only person to deal with if you want to install or rebuild a fireplace in southwestern Pennsylvania. We contacted several other contractors prior to beginning this project who tried to talk us into options that we didn't want. Dean listened to what we wanted, and then he delivered. His attention to detail made us confident that we didn't need to hover while he working. Just as importantly, Dean is a trustworthy. We felt very comfortable leaving him alone in our home to work. We also have a young daughter, and he was wonderful with her. He even carved her name in the foundation of the fireplace stone. I can't recommend him highly enough. I've included a picture of our finished fireplace, which was exactly what we wanted. Finally, once our fireplace was installed, there was a manufacturer's glitch with our insert. Even though the glitch was the manufacturer's fault, not Dean's, he returned to our house to make sure that the situation was addressed adequately.
